The end of another annual life cycle of 2024 is coming close. This is the time of looking at results and making wishes and resolutions for next year. I am inviting you to revisit the energy of your desires. This is a tricky topic since most of the time we do not really know what we want. I would like to share with you my tests for the truthfulness (wishes come true when they are true) of your wishes (read, resolutions) and do a collective group test to see how much what you want is aligned within you, with the bigger life trends and higher truth. Let it be fun and experiment and usual energy reading and attention training!
Everyone welcome! We may explore any of your burning issues like transitioning into more authentic version of you, difficult relationships, money or health! Or channel messages from your spirit guides or anything else that preoccupies your mind most these days!
Besides bringing more light into our issues, the power of the group can also be used to “manifest” or “seal” your resolutions. It is one thing if you make a little promise to yourself and it is a totally different one when you voice it in front of the group! Bring and voice your wish list if you are brave enough! I will share my magical recipes of what and how I do in “listening” and “formulating” my wishes for the next year!

Systemic Family Constellations
Brief Introduction
Constellations, pioneered by Bert Hellinger, integrates various psychological approaches, including Psychoanalysis, Gestalt Therapy, and Psychodrama, alongside concepts such as Transactional Analysis, Family Sculpture, Group Dynamics, Conceptual Therapy, Provocative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
The concept of the "knowing field" or "morphogenetic field" is a central aspect of Systemic Family Constellations. It draws from theories in fields such as quantum physics, biology, and psychology to explain how information is exchanged and accessed in a non-local or interconnected manner.
According to this concept, there exists a field of collective consciousness or information that transcends individual experience and perception. This field is believed to contain the memories, emotions, and energetic imprints of past events, relationships, and experiences within a family system. In essence, it serves as a repository of ancestral wisdom and knowledge.
In a constellation, representatives are guided to connect with this knowing field. Through a process of intuitive attunement, they access information that goes beyond their personal consciousness. This information may manifest as bodily sensations, emotions, thoughts, or insights that mirror the experiences of the individuals they represent.
The effectiveness of the knowing field in constellations can be understood through various theoretical frameworks. Laws of Energy DynamicsTo be able to go beyond what you already know (Consious Mind), you need to open up to the Unknown, to Something Greater. To receive: 1. you need to admit and take the youngest position in the hierarchy. 2. You need to give space, your attention and respect for "missing" bits. 3.To resolve the conflict: you need an ability to balance the opposition. -
Mastering AttentionLike never before we monitor and discern subtle changes of our state in response to standing up into representation and connecting with other players in the field which is a great way to practice attention focus (what draws our attention and how it changes) and awareness. -
Field-Reading TechniquesWe use representation and subjective first-hand phenomenological experience or "what it feels like in the moment" (rather than our mental projections and speculation) to “read the field”. We know that we "hit" the truth through resonance. We can represent for people, object, spirit beings, and literally anything! -
Practicing Tuning & Meta-PerspectiveTo tune into others, we have to stretch beyond our-habitual-selves which may be a great relief from Beta monkey-mind. It is a process-work which is not possible without entering into trance and practicing the highest meta or energy perspective, i.e. where all elements are valuable and interrelated.
How Will It Look Like
Up to 6 Mini-cases (max time 3 hours)
- 1Introduction and Warm-UpFirst 20 minutes there will be short introduction into the topic and structure of the meeting as well as some reminder and guidance on how to tune in.
- 2Case PresentationWe take turns to present the our case in whatever form to let others tune into us. It is absolutely individual and up to you to decide what and how much you want to disclose to others. Blind readings are also possible, which means you just let others "tune into you" without any words or explanations for your side, just giving your silent permission for others to access your issue. If you cannot make it but want a reading, please provide us with a short video or audio recording of your case.
- 3TuningEveryone receives a time container to become a representative for the hot-chair-case (or take suggested representation) and receives the messages. Alternatively for bigger cases, representatives and figurines will be appointed and moved on the field.
- 4SharingWhoever received a message is sharing whatever was received.
In case of assigned (or spontaneous) representatives, they are invited to share what they received. This is a kind and non-judgemental sharing. Usually the one who's "on the hot chair" and who's case is being given attention knows and feels what resonates and makes sense. - 5FeedbackThe "hot chair" person gives feedback on what made sense.
