This February and March I would like to invite you the pivotal part of our Eathly existance - our relationships! We come into this world to learn how to relate! So think of and bring any difficult relationship you may face: parents, siblings, partners, children, bosses, neigbours, colleagues and friends, and even the core one - your relationship with yourself!
February 3-hour workshop will be devoted to the basic theory on what shapes our relationships and learn the basic "safety" rules of operating in the adult world. Workshop implies individual work: you will be reading for yourself and constellating for yourself to disclose and shift the unhealthy dynamics.
February Energy Reading Circle is about group work, where we read for each other. If you find certain relationships too hard to carry, this is a chance to bring these issues into the group's light and work on shifting the dynamics for healing.
In March, I invite you to another workshop on karma, soul lessons, and soul agreements, offering a higher perspective. It will be another three-hour workshop with theory and practical exercises where you work individually, connecting with your own soul, and introducing your issues to see them from both an ordinary and a soul perspective. You will explore relationships affected by mutual karma, agreements, or lessons, and gaining insights into how karma works and the lessons you need to learn.
Energy Reading Circle in March will be again about group work, where you can bring difficult relationships for the group to explore and help shift the dynamics. This way, you get to experience both family and karmic constellations and see the differences for yourself. See schedule and program details below.

Systemic Family Constellations
Brief Introduction
Constellations, pioneered by Bert Hellinger, integrates various psychological approaches, including Psychoanalysis, Gestalt Therapy, and Psychodrama, alongside concepts such as Transactional Analysis, Family Sculpture, Group Dynamics, Conceptual Therapy, Provocative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
The concept of the "knowing field" or "morphogenetic field" is a central aspect of Systemic Family Constellations. It draws from theories in fields such as quantum physics, biology, and psychology to explain how information is exchanged and accessed in a non-local or interconnected manner.
According to this concept, there exists a field of collective consciousness or information that transcends individual experience and perception. This field is believed to contain the memories, emotions, and energetic imprints of past events, relationships, and experiences within a family system. In essence, it serves as a repository of ancestral wisdom and knowledge.
In a constellation, representatives are guided to connect with this knowing field. Through a process of intuitive attunement, they access information that goes beyond their personal consciousness. This information may manifest as bodily sensations, emotions, thoughts, or insights that mirror the experiences of the individuals they represent.
The effectiveness of the knowing field in constellations can be understood through various theoretical frameworks. Some proponents suggest that it operates on principles similar to those found in quantum entanglement, where particles can instantaneously influence each other regardless of distance. Others draw parallels to Rupert Sheldrake's concept of morphic resonance, which proposes that similar patterns of activity can influence others across time and space.
Today, constellations are used not only in psychotherapy but also in various other fields such as health, business, social events, and even astrology. In health, constellations can reveal underlying emotional or relational factors contributing to illness. In business, they can uncover hidden dynamics within teams or organizations that may hinder success. In social events, they can provide insights into group dynamics and relationships. Additionally, in astrology, constellations can be used to explore ancestral influences and patterns reflected in the client's birth chart, shedding light on family dynamics and life themes. Overall, constellations offer a holistic approach to understanding and addressing systemic issues across different domains of life.

We know that we "hit" the truth through resonance. We can represent for people, object, spirit beings, and literally anything! -
Practicing Tuning & Meta-PerspectiveTo tune into others, we have to stretch beyond our-habitual-selves which may be a great relief from Beta monkey-mind. It is a process-work which is not possible without entering into trance and practicing the highest meta or energy perspective, i.e. where all elements are valuable and interrelated.
